Company History
Equipments and Laboratories
As part of the promotion of quality and quality control in the implementation of the company was keen to set up laboratories for testing asphalt, soil, and the expertise of a foreign import advanced equipment necessary to do so.
Company Foundation
Jooba was founded forty-four years on 11/10/1973. The company creates and design of civil works within the Municipality of Sirte, to create and paving of roads, airports, transport, assist in the provision of services to international companies in the Oil & construction.
The beginnings of Jooba

In 1979
The company has installed the first asphalt mixer type Marini eighty tons capacity per hour.

During 2003-2004
The company installed the first asphalt mixer in Al Jufrah Suknh area of the city where the company has implemented the road network within the city of Hun support with ASTFA Turkish company and implement methods of treatment plants in each of the Suknh and Dan supporting Kerry with Turkish
During 2008-2009
The company imported a new crusher and asphalt mixer Marini new production capacity of 180 tons per hour and installed in the city of Sirte in order to develop and keep up with the times in the technological global manufacturing construction materials.
